01Acceptance of terms

Accessing or using our services implies full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, you must not use the site or engage the services.

02Services

Arel provides software design, development and maintenance services. The scope, timeline and cost of each project are set out in a specific proposal or contract, which prevails over these general terms.

03Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the code and deliverables developed for the client become its property once the corresponding payment is settled. Arel retains the right to reuse generic components and know-how.

04Payments

Payments are made according to the schedule agreed in the proposal. Late payment may suspend work and delivery until resolved.

05Limitation of liability

Arel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the previous twelve months.

06Term and termination

Either party may end the relationship with the notice set out in the contract. Payment obligations for work done up to the termination date remain in force.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Arel's domicile.
